7-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from for any reason, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:
Returned product(s) must be in the same condition that you received.
All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
All return must be authorized. To authorize the return, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of your delivery date.

This policy applies only to product(s) you purchase directly from mizeusgroup.com.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. We will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
Mizeus is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of the order. You must prepay all shipping charges and you shall take full responsibility of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Mizeus.
Refunds will be issued to original method of payment within 8-10 business days of mizeus’s receipt of product(s). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you have the tracking but didn't receive the package, please feel free to contact us in 2 months after the expected delivery date. We would help you to track and find the package. If the request is received 2 months after the expected delivery date, we are sorry but we cannot check with carrier anymore. No refund or replacement would be given by this case.
